Gracie Barra Kids program

Brazilian Ju-jitsu is a perfect martial art for kids to learn. It teaches confidence, respect and how to deal with bullies and most importantly is a lot of fun! Kids have a natural affinity with grappling-based arts and find it a healthy and positive outlet for their excess energy. We also teach kids how to deal with bullying in a positive and effective way.

​Children from 4 upwards all benefit from the core values of BJJ like focus, disciple, persistence, while learning the values of cooperation and respect.
